Are there set-up fees, hidden fees or contracts?
Nope! You are billed monthly for the plan you’re on and you can cancel at anytime. If you need to use more messages than your plan includes then you can just pay $0.02 per additional message. You can upgrade to another plan at any time.
How are messages counted?
Each message is equal to one message to one phone number. In other words, if you have 500 subscribers on one of your keyword lists and you broadcast a message to that list 2 times, you’ve used 1000 messages.
What is a keyword?
A keyword is the word that people use to join your text marketing list. The process is very simple. When a customer sends your keyword to your shortcode, we send your customized auto-reply back and we add that person to your text messaging list. Each one of your keywords corresponds to its own list on your account. So, if you have the keywords “BOY” and “GIRL” then those are two different lists of mobile phone numbers on your account.
What if I go over my monthly message allowance?
Your account is configured to not allow you to go over your monthly allowance, however … if you need to send more than your monthly allowance then you can pay $0.02 per message over your allowance. Also, upgrade your plan to a larger plan at any time.

Yes! All accounts come with a free 1 on 1 training session to step you through how you can manage your account, send campaigns, etc. We’re happy to support you and make sure you have all you need to be successful at text message marketing!
